New Paradigm Associates: Web Designs with your business in mind New Paradigm Associates - Local Internet Web Hosting and Small Business Support for Southeastern New England Area Businesses

My Portfolio

When I design a website, I pride myself in having an understanding of how business works and what is needed to achieve more success with a website as opposed to just putting a site up and hoping people 1) come and see it and 2) are able to use it in a friendly and non-threatening way.  I believe that a website needs to be appealing to the eye, communicate the desire to serve and offer of the business it is marketing, while maintaining a high level of functionality for both the client and the site user.  I also believe in severe attention to detail.  A business website is only as good as the traffic that comes to it.  When I design a website, I make sure that the site is friendly to search engines, can rank highly wherever it needs to compete and that it draws the needed traffic.

Included here is a portfolio of the websites that I have designed for myself or clients.

If you are connected to the Internet, you can click on the website icon or text description to go to that website.  It will open in a separate window.

Please be aware that some of the websites are currently in development and will have links going nowhere.  Also, some of the sites are now defunct (as the company has decided to change it's direction, but has decided not to redo their website) and some have just decided that they have other projects that are more important.  I expect that I will be updating this page regularly as I bring in more clients and that you will have much more to view.

There are some other websites that I have worked on or are currently in development, but are necessary to keep under wraps until certain patent issues are resolved.  As soon as these are worked out (meaning as soon as I have the patent paperwork in my hand), I will add these to the page.

Thank you for looking at some of my work.

Flav Martin is a local Westerly musician that has been playing dynamic guitar for many years.  Now that his daughter is older he's starting to get out in the mainstream.  He wanted to get exposure via the Internet.  This site is an ongoing improvement project. JLT Promotions belongs to a man out of Norwich, CT.  He produces promotional events for crafters and merchandisers.  He has not been very busy this year, so this website is updated only when he calls me.
Our Local Auction was my auction site that I ran for a little while.  I was able to experiment with popups, affiliate advertising, cookies and the like.  I use the URL mostly as utility now.  Since I am involved with the web design and marketing arena and not focusing on auctions, this will probably take a back-burner place. Whatsamattau is my own personal web creation to get rid of all of the excess knowledge that I don't feel like keeping in my head or on my computer, but I think that others might like to know.  It also has some excellent pages for customers of mine in the technical part of my employment history.  I wanted to share the knowledge so that people would be able to perform a little self-diagnoses on their machines before calling the technical support department.
RMT for Life and Stress Free RMT are the creation of Kathy Martinelli.  Her stress relief technique (Release Movement Technique) was formulated from years of movement therapy training that she's converted to a technique that requires no-sweat!  I developed these two sites for her to market to individuals (RMTforLife) and to corporate customers (StressfreeRMT) **THESE SITES ARE BEING RECONSTRUCTED BASED ON A CHANGE IN THE MARKETING PLAN AND WILL NOT BE THERE FOR A SHORT TIME**.  We are working to develop a new video and information package as we will be concentrating solely on marketing to other therapists.  Most likely, the best elements from both sites, along with all of the new material will be combined for one specific marketing site.
